A round table dedicated to the development of cooperation between universities and employers was held at Nazarbayev University

The participants discussed the modern requirements of the labor market, the role of soft skills, new formats of interaction, as well as approaches to training in-demand specialists.Within the framework of the three working subgroups, key areas of development were discussed: effective mechanisms for cooperation between universities and employers, the development of soft skills among students, as well as tools for strengthening ties between industry and universities.

Following the sessions, practical proposals aimed at improving career services and expanding partner programs were presented.
