At present, the Partnership is conducting a marketing analysis in the field of video surveillance systems for locations with large public gatherings, with the aim of increasing the level of protection and public safety. The systems under consideration should support the following functions: facial recognition, loitering detection, abandoned object detection, line crossing detection, fire detection, smoke detection, and weapon detection.

QazCloud Limited Liability Partnership (hereinafter - the Partnership), in accordance with sub-item 8, of item 1 of Article 73 of the Procedure¹, “plans to purchase licenses for the software of the Horizontal Monitoring Platform from Organization of Horizontal Monitoring Limited Private Company” on the terms of a simple non-exclusive license.

        On December 14, 2020, Organization of Horizontal Monitoring Limited (OHML) Private Company submitted an application to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan for participation in direct negotiations to determine a private partner for the PPP project “Implementation of the horizontal monitoring platform” (PPP project). No similar applications have been submitted by other companies. The object of the PPP is the developed OHML platform, which complies with all the canons of horizontal monitoring and includes internal control systems (ICS), which does not allow data substitution/distortion in any way.

        On November 25, 2021, the PPP Agreement was signed by the parties (CSI and OHML), on November 30, 2021, it was registered with the Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
