In July 2024, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan signed a new Law “On Public Procurement,” aimed at optimizing procedures, improving their quality, and fostering competition. To implement this initiative, the Ministry of Finance, together with JSC “Center of Electronic Finance,” announced a tender to select the operator of an electronic trading platform that would ensure broader and more transparent access for businesses to public procurement.
QazCloud supports this government initiative, considering it an important step toward the digital transformation of the procurement system. Over the years, QazCloud has established itself as a reliable developer and operator of nationwide e-commerce platforms. The company’s digital products have been successfully operating in the market and are in high demand among thousands of users across the country. This experience proves QazCloud’s expertise in building large-scale solutions that connect business and government within a single digital environment.
“We place special emphasis on information security and user trust. Our own infrastructure, which includes modern data centers, a robust security perimeter, and specialized management services, ensures high reliability and scalability. For us, this is not just a technical requirement but a fundamental value that defines the quality of all our products,” shared the QazStore development team.
Currently, QazStore is at the stage of competitive selection. The application and required documentation have already been submitted, and the company is awaiting the final decision.
“QazStore is the next stage in the development of public procurement. We strive to combine the simplicity of modern online services with government-level reliability and security. We are confident that the project will stimulate the growth of domestic business and enhance trust in the procurement system,” said QazCloud CEO Kassym Yesergepov.
The launch of QazStore is intended to strengthen trust in the procurement system and create a unified space where the state and businesses can interact efficiently and on equal terms.
